Francis J. Niehaus
Francis J. (Fran) Niehaus graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Salmon P. Chase Law School. He has practiced law particularly in the areas of Wills and estates since 1978. Fran is also a certified financial planner practitioner, and owns Niehaus Financial Services, LLC, as well as Niehaus Tax Services, LLC.
Fran and his wife, Peg, have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

Fran has held several volunteer positions at his church and in the community. He currently serves with the Bellarmine Chapel conference of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society and has been involved for many years with Franciscans Network, a locally-based Franciscan human rights organization.
