David D. Kammer

David D. (Dave) Kammer began practicing law in 1993, shortly after his graduation from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  He focuses primarily in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, and nursing home Medicaid planning and eligibility.  Dave also handles employee benefits cases (ERISA) for employees and former employees, mainly in the areas of disability and pension benefits.

Dave has an extensive litigation background, having litigated cases at all levels of the Ohio State Courts as well as the United States District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. 

Dave and his wife, Suzanne, have three children.
