Anne M. Niehaus
Anne M. Niehaus, the firm’s newest attorney and the daughter of Fran, practices primarily in estate planning, estate administration, and tax preparation.
Anne graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2008. After graduation, Anne served as an Attorney Advisor for a federal administrative law judge with the U.S. Department of Labor, researching and drafting decisions regarding workers’ compensation, whistleblower retaliation, and prevailing wage compliance.
In 2010, at the conclusion of her clerkship, Anne joined Niehaus Law Office, LLC and Niehaus Financial Services, LLC.

Anne currently serves on the Board of Cincinnati’s St. Vincent de Paul Society. Anne is also a volunteer with the St. Vincent de Paul Conference at Xavier University’s Bellarmine Chapel, where she makes weekly home visits to Cincinnati neighbors in need.
Prior to law school, Anne worked with Franciscans International in Geneva, Switzerland, an international human rights organization built on the grassroots humanitarian efforts of Franciscan friars and sisters.
