About Us
Niehaus Law Office, LLC was established in 1978 in conjunction with Niehaus Tax Services, LLC.
We provide estate planning (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Trusts), estate and Trust administration, and nursing home Medicaid eligibility services. We excel at these estate-related services and add additional value with our extensive tax knowledge.

Carol MetzCarol has served as a secretary and paralegal since 2004. She works primarily with Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Trusts.
Elana AudEllie has worked in various capacities for the Niehaus businesses since 1999, and began full-time as a paralegal with Niehaus Law Office, LLC in 2006. She works primarily with estates.
Sue TedtmanSue has served as a secretary and legal assistant, first from 1995 to 2001, and again since 2007.
Marilyn KooMarilyn, who was secretary and office business manager for more than 30 years, continues to do our bookkeeping in her retirement.
Karen LachenmanKaren, who joined us in 2011, is a paralegal for Medicaid planning cases. She also serves as the office’s primary receptionist.
